Slipstream Coffee is a New Zealand coffee roastery dedicated to exceptional flavour, ethical sourcing, and roasting with purpose. The roastery’s journey began in Pauatahanui Village in 2019, and today operates from the coastal community of Te Horo, roasting for customers all over the country who care about quality and authenticity. Our rural setting gives us the space to pause, breathe, and appreciate this beautiful country we call home.

At Slipstream, we obsess over crafting extraordinary coffee experiences. Our roasting style focuses on highlighting the unique nuances and flavours from each origin, constantly refining profiles to bring out the best in every bean. Innovation matters — but so does consistency — and we’re committed to both.

Every bag of Slipstream coffee reflects our values: recyclable packaging, organic and fair trade–focused sourcing, and responsible partnerships with growers who care about their land as much as we do. Great coffee should taste incredible and do good along the way.

We are not affiliated with, associated with, or a branch of any overseas business operating under a similar name.
