Formerly known as Zero6 Coffee, we’ve evolved into Slipstream Coffee — the same team, same roastery in Te Horo, and the same dedication to quality, flavour, and ethical sourcing. Our new name reflects our drive to keep moving forward, refining every roast for those who value the journey as much as the destination.
Balance in life is everything — great coffee, good company, and plenty of laughs. Our quirky labels, illustrated by Barry Ross Smith, are a cheeky nod to enjoying life, one cup at a time.

We’re a local roastery, not a call centre. When you reach out, you’re talking directly to the roaster. We understand small business challenges because we’re one too — quick responses, flexible supply, and real advice from someone who actually drinks what they roast.

We pay a little more for organic and Fairtrade beans — because doing right by the planet and the people who grow our coffee matters. Farmers get fair pay, you get a feel-good brew. Plus, our bags? Recyclable or compostable. Good coffee, made in NZ, doing good things.
